It has been a while since I promised myself that I will be more regular with updating the blog, which incidentally in my opinion is slowly turning to be a what-I-did-today-this-week-this-month-or-what-funny-things-I-read-recently activity. And I am not sure if I am happy with how it is turning out to be. I had dreams. Dreams of making this blog one of the very best - but my laziness has come in my way. One day maybe I will fulfill my dreams.

As to what I have been doing this past few weeks. I finished comps and have been stoked about my dissertation. The prospectus is shaping fairly well and looks like I am going to make my first deadline. I had some trouble with the minor comps - nothing too serious, but had to defend them. Now that thats done, I have had some real free time on my hand. I watched the first three seasons of The Office and I should have a review on soon. I saw Saw IV. Some people do not understand it, but I love the Saw series. I saw 3:10 to Yuma and even though I am not a big fan of Russell Crowe, I liked the movie. I saw Jumper - don't watch it, if you are a Heroes fan. I am waiting for the next season (or the continuation of the last season) of Heroes to begin.

Now that comps are over, I can get back to my normal schedule of bumming around and procrastinating. Have a crucial race against time though - need to defend prospectus by May 15th. Hopefully my survival rate is not time dependent - we will find out. Have been watching a ton of movies. Will be updating the blog more often.
